Who we are

What we collect

Only what you send us through the contact form or by email: your name, company, business email, phone number if you give it, industry, and the content of your message.

This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own web host. The host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and time of request, for security and operation.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and to take steps you request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to business communication (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use your data for marketing and we do not sell it.

Who receives it

Our web hosting provider and our email provider (Microsoft 365) process the data on our behalf. Where a provider processes data outside the European Union, this is covered by the safeguards the GDPR requires.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any business relationship that follows. Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted within 24 months.

Your rights

• Access the data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted.
• Restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format.
• Lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
